Green Kiwi Smoothie

Grüner Apfel-Smoothie mit Kiwi, Banane, Gurken und Spinat



  • 2-3 Kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Banana, frozen (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 cup Spinach or Kale
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk (almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup Plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (to desired consistency)


  1. Add the spinach or kale and plant-based milk to your blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. This helps break down the tougher greens.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients – kiwi, banana (if using), yogurt, honey/maple syrup (optional), and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until everything is well combined and creamy, about 1 minute.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness with additional honey/maple syrup or ice cubes as desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!


  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana or less milk.
  • For a sweeter smoothie, add more honey or maple syrup.
  • If you don’t have spinach or kale, you can use another green like romaine lettuce or swiss chard.
  • Feel free to experiment with other fruits like pineapple, mango,  berries.
  • For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of protein powder.
